ORGANIZATION

The Harry and Alice Eiler Foundation, Inc. was incorporated as a Non-profit (for the Public Benefit) Corporation in the State of California and within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3), Internal Revenue Code, on August 16, 2004.

Letters of Tax Exemption from Federal Income Code (dated 3 Dec 2004) and from the California Revenue and Taxation Code (dated 31 Jan 2005) are on file.

PURPOSE

The Foundation was established to provide financial assistance in kind or as grants to qualified musical talent(s) who demonstrate a need for such financial support to complete a milestone at the outset of their professional careers.
